I just purchased this and thought maybe I would enable others (insert evil laugh). Found it in this month's Oxygen mag. Check it out at getkbells.com!

I kind of ordered this by accident. I had my order typed in then I thought i should check in here to see what others had to say about it and most everything I read was not very positive so I decided not to order but I inadvertantly entered my order anyway. The next day I tried to cancel it and they wrote back saying they needed more information which I supplied. Then I didn't hear back from them until 3 or 4 days later saying something about there was only a short window to cancel. Then about a month later I received the order.
Overall I was disapointed. I liked 1 or 2 of the workouts. most were too short and she talked to much. I will add a disclaimer that I have only done these one time through so I do need to go back and redo them again. Maybe they will click.
I hope you like them though.
