Kettlebells!!!

I would love it too. IIRC, I know that part of your new fitness line has kettlebells so a workout by you with one would be fabulous!!

Never tried them, dont know what they are, but it seems like we are on the kettlebells era! I heard about them everywhere!

I've been hesitant to buy them.... but you guys might be talking me into it. Tell me, what makes them so great?

They work the posterior chain, which is really lacking in a lot of traditional strength work. They work everything in less time, and kettlebell work is HIIT, cardio and strength all rolled into one. Plus they're shiny and pretty!! :) :)

I agree!!! I bet cathe would do a great quality one too!:D

Kettlebells are awesome, but beware...

As as avid kettlebell user for the past 6 months, I can say that kb workouts are some of the best I have ever done!! Unfortunately, there is a program available that takes the basic idea and ruins it. It's called Kettlenetics (or something like that). The infomercial shows women dancing around holding a 4 lb. kettlebell. This is not what kettlebell training is about!! I find it hard to believe anyone would see results following the program I saw on the infomercial. The instructor uses a few authentic kb exercises, but we all know that you can't see great results with a 4 lb. anything. And, YOU DON'T DANCE WITH KETTLEBELLS!

If you're curious about kb's, go to AOS.com and check them out.

I have recently ordered The Kettlebell Goddess workout and the instructor is Andrea Du Cane. I purchased it through www.drangondoor.com which has lots of information about kettlebells along with dvds. If you're interested, this website is worth checking out.

I agree AOS is great! and I saw that infomercial and laughed. It's deffenitely defeats purpose of KB training. They work cardio and strengh in short time do to weight of KBs and movements.
