I did Mark Blanchard's Culmination from his Sedona series. Really good practice today. I did three headstands: 1 for 7 seconds, 1 for 15 seconds and the third for 20 seconds with legs in a split. Did dolphin pose (forearm stand) for about a second and did handstands against the wall and was able to push away from the wall for a few seconds. Also, shoulderstand, backbend. Balances were tough since DH and Max decided to join me for a little bit and it's very hard to do yoga and concentrate with a peppy Pomaranian jumping up and trying to lick me and DH egging him on!
Gayle - Good luck with the pullup tower! You can start out by doing negatives, then chinups and then pullups. I haven't done my Hardcores in ages but don't have the heart to get rid of them. Chest & Tris has that total dread factor for me but I know I'll still pull out Legs & Back, Bis & Shs. The Hardcore series is probably my favorite and most used series with the exception of High Step Challenge. I still do IMAX 3 frequently (my favorite IMAX) and Kick Max on occasion. Stretch Max still gets used frequently as well.
