Kettlebell workouts similar to Kettlebell Way?

Hi everyone,

I'm looking to do a kettlebell rotation again, now that my marathon training is getting more intense. These workouts seem to really compliment my running and strengthen the muscles I use to get faster, etc.

I currently have Volumes 1 and 2 of The Kettlebell Way and really LOVE these workouts because they get my heart rate up and really work my whole body. I also have (and really like) Lauren Brooks' DVD. Are there any other kettlebell workouts that are similar to these (in terms of intensity, pace, and working of the entire body)? If I constantly use these three, I'm going to get bored out of my mind after a few weeks, so I'd love to add 1-2 more to my collection to beef up the rotation.

Thanks in advance!! :)

maybe other anthony workouts? since he did the kettlebell way maybe his AoS workouts have a similar vibe. totalfitnessdvds.com has clips of his other workouts. pricey though which is why i haven't been able to buy but i use his minute of strength articles/videos for tips to workout on my own. i rather like him just wish i could afford his stuff.

i don't have many dvd workouts for kettlebells but i heard the kettlebell goddess is good but it doesn't have music. i have yet to find a clip of this workout but its led by andrea ducane a more well known RKC instructor and she has some youtube clips from her live seminars.

Jennifer,

I recommend Newport and Firepower by AOS. I have both but I enjoy Firepower the most. You have a couple of options with Firepower. Like premixes, you can do it once or twice through with long rests or once or twice through with short rests. I like that he uses 2 kettlebells but if you don't have 2 kettlebells of the same size you can modify and do 30 seconds on one side and 30 seconds on the other.

Newport is good too I just haven't warmed up to it like I did Firepower.

I was also looking around for new DVDs. Thanks for the suggestion lioness.

I love the Kettlebell Goddess Workout with Andrea Du Cane. It's about 2 hours long and full of many premixes which are about 15-20 mins long. You can also design your own workout.

I checked out Kettlebell Goddess--wow!!! I ordered it, can't wait to get it!! Looks like I will have LOTS of variety with this one :).
