Kettlebell questions

Oh Shana Banana, did you know that I'm a kettlebell pusher, too LOL! LOL! LOL! You need some kettlebells. I'm serious. You NEED them. I LOVE Anthony. I desperately want to be locked in a gym with him and Sean -- the S & T workout! Ooh! :eek: :D

I'm so looking forward to my copy of Newport.

Still waiting for it to be shipped with my back ordered 8 & 12 KG kettlebells but enjoying my 15 pound Kbell.


BTW I am a new kettlebeller going into my 3rd week soon and loving them. I got Lauren's dvd and The Kettlebell way which is supposed to be a New Providence with Anthony.

I'm already looking at The Kettlebell Way 2
 
I just had to chime in and say I am loving "rockin' the bells' ladies! I was totally into bodybuilding and everything since the 90's and even competed..I am sick and tired of the dumbells and needed a change, hence the kettlebell addiction. Leanne and I are lucky gals, we have been able to take classes from the goddess herself..Lauren Brookes...she is a hottie and a sweetie!

I am having fun again with my exercise...after all of these years, I look forward to my workouts..I will not totally give up the weights, but even though I am carrying more bodyfat than I want I can still tell the difference in the abs especially..rock on people!
 
I purchased, and really like, Lauren Brooks' DVD.

I agree.

This is now the workout I recommend to all beginners (and even non-beginners!).

I also recommend "The Kettlebell Way to the Perfect Body." It's a remake of Anthony Diluglio's "Providence" (basically the same workout, with some very minor differences in some exercises that aren't even worth mentioning, but also includes a tutorial section that isn't on "Providence"). It's also currently $10 less than "Providence".
