First, I'd like to thank Michele for completely going against my wishes and posting the dang Kettlebell Way link in our Hate thread LOL.
So I've ordered the DVD now.
I live in Japan and it's looking like my options for kettlebells are slim pickins.
There are 4kg (8.8 pds) and the next up is 8kg (17.6 pds). x(
I've been working out with weights now for a couple years with Cathe, but quite frankly, 8kg sounds scary. But will 4kg be enough?
I've read the threads and saw a recommendation for if you're starting to go with 15#s.
What do you think?
