I think Cathe could make an exccellent KB workout. But if she did, I'd hope she'd get certified beforehand, and use real kettlebells, not the 'med balls with handles' they are selling here.

I agree - the med balls with handles are nothing like real kettlebells. Also, there are so many bad versions of kettlebell workouts (Kettlenetics, for one) that I think a Cathe workout would have to be a pure kettlebell workout. I think she would be an amazing instructor, but she is so busy, and I know it takes time to learn to be an effective kb instructor.
