Good Morning
Today was a hard to get up day. I ended up doing my workout without eating something first. I don't think it made a difference, I'm just never sure what is the "best" thing - I don't want my body to burn muscle if I don't eat?![Confused  ](data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7)
Today's workout, courtesy of crossfit 603 (I am finding I like theirs the best)- posted from my blog::::

todays workout: from crossfit 603
Buy-in
[/FONT]Scale the number of DUs to match your skill set. (If 50 is going to take you an hour, then go for 10, or 20. Point is to practice the movement.)
603 WOD
This is a “prison style” workout. Start at one end of the room, perform the movement, then walk to the other side of the room and continue. The bigger the room, the tougher the workout.
[/FONT]Special bonus: If you have to put the kettlebell down at any point… do 10 push-ups. Scaling options - do 2-hand swings instead, and/or drop the Rx’d weight, and/or start at 10 reps instead of 15.
Record total time and number of push-ups performed.
**tabata
did a tabata of figure 8 to a hold for 4 minutes.
**comments:
*jumped rope for 5 min with white rope. don't know what double unders are, so I didn't do them! (I will look them up later)
* used 45#kb for the workout
*room was 37' one way
*did not drop kb, so no pushups![Smile :) :)](data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7)
*the tabata was hard!! droped the kb during one round! used 25#kb. did I say this was hard!!?

Jane::: I hope you did well with your run. You really do have an adventurous weekend planned, I am sure you will do both races no problem
It's nice you are doing them with your sister. I hope you are not a geek for printing out your workouts and putting them in a binder!!
I do the same thing!!![Eek! ](data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7)
I search the websites, cut and paste the workouts I want to do into my microsoft office word folder and then when I want to do the workout, I print it out and put it in my binder!! I think that makes us groovy!!![Wink ;) ;)](data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7)
LOL!!
Gayle::: Did you have a nice rest day? Are you doing anymore work in your yard?
Marcy::: I hope you haven't overslept again today!!
What did you do for a workout today? is this your last week of etk? Yes, I am really enjoying the crossfit workouts!! but starting next week I am going to do aos dvds and add 2 days of crossfit workouts- I'm thinking aos dvds/wrokouts 2 or 3 days, crossfit 2 days and some type of cardio one day (kickbox, 4DS bc, treadmill, ropes....)that's my plan, I may change it though! Its hard being "loosey goosey" after having such specific plans for 3 months!![Confused  ](data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7)

Have a great Thursday everyone!! 1 more day till Friday!!![Smile :) :)](data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7)
