Good Morning
today was week 3 day 4 of ETK:
**warm up:
4 cycles:::wall squats/halos/modified warrior
**swings:
40X with my 35#kb::::6 full cycles
**pullup/pushup pyramid:
pullups: 1-2-3-4-3-2-1 all assisted
pushups: 5-10-15-20-15-10-5 all on toes (as always
)
**comments:
* I had miss counted the cycles...I was on cycle 6, but thought it was 5!! so when I wrote them down I was pleasantly surprised.
* I really struggled on the last cycle of swings, by #35 the only thing that got me thru was that I did not want to repeat the week at that point!!
* the active rests I did were:- in order- jumping jacks, mountain climbers, jog, lateral skates, triple crush, jog
* a good workout today...thank goodness this weeks swings are over!!!
BBL for personals...gotta wake the kids and get them to school!!
