Good Morning
Today was Resolution I. i had to wake up early today, kids have ortho appts. at 9:30am, it was hard working out with heavy weights in the early morning. I'm not used to it,....better get used to it though, 2 more weeks till school starts!!!
i also have jury duty tomorrow!!!
i asked DH to take off to watch the kids, but on sat. he tells me, no can do, unexpected stuff at work!!! they are never going to let me out of jury duty so i can watch my kids, i already asked to be excused 3X for that when the kids were younger.
i think they will have to come with me!!
i am totally freaking out about this, and the phone call i have to make about getting excused!!! I know the lady is going to be nasty.
anywhoo... I hope everyone had a nice weekend.

swings: 24kg kettlebell (53#)
set gymboss for 30 minutes:
10 rounds competed
advanced level
:30-1:30 minute rests between sets (last week 1-2 minutes)
6:21 left on the gymboss--> so completed workout in 23:39 minutes!! (last week completed 10 rounds in 27:30 minutes)
18,650# moved!!!
