Melissa::: someone told me (and I think they are right) the elementary school years go slowly, but once they hit middle school, the years fly. I am finding that to be true. The meeting with the principal of the high school last night, was all about college!!!

and how the h.s. years are all geared towards that!...unbelievable!! I didn't do half the work these kids are expected to do, thought about college my sr. year only, and still went to Syracuse Univ.... from what the principal was saying, if that were now, I couldn't even get into comm. college now!!!

horrible! Why can't we teach age appropriate things anymore and let kids be kids!!!!??? sorry for the rant!
