I just tried Get Ready Step Go! Awesome step workout. Loved it. Fun choreography, broke a major sweat, and the time flew :) What a nice addition to my collection.

ITA. I think we are going to see exciting things from this instructor. She is so appealing. I have done this w/o a couple of times now and it is very fun. I am really looking forward to her two new videos.

I also just LOVE it!!!! I did it last Tuesday after I received them, and I'm going to do it again today. There were a couple of places that I got a little confused, but overall I felt it was super fun and fairly easy to learn!! Excited to do it again today! Her other workout is weights followed by intensity blasts, not quite as intense as Cathe, but pretty good! Some of the weight moves are new and unique and all very fun! I've preordered her new workouts and can't wait to get them!

I really like this instructor!
I have her first two workouts, and just preordered her upcoming 2 (a step/kickbox workout with weights, and a weighted workout).
She does have her own terms for moves, though, that sometimes don't seem logical to me. But once you get used to them, it's not hard to follow.

I also love her. I think she is very much similar to Cathe...professional, advanced and not annoying at all. Too bad she's not really in the business for the purpose of making DVDs. From what I've read, she did the first 2 DVDs to raise money for to help pay for research for her father's medical condition. She wasn't planning on doing any more, but she had so many requests from the public to put more workouts out.........so she did. I hope she keeps doing it...but I'm not going to count on it.

I just did The Shape of Things to Come the other day after finishing a P90X rotation and it was a great workout. Sort of reminded me of mini Plyo X on the step combined with Core Synergestics and weight work. I liked it.

I just received her two workouts. I previewed the step workout and really liked what I saw. I liked it so much I preordered her two new ones. I'm hoping to actually do the workout tomorrow. It looks like fun.

Can I just say that you all stink! Now thanks to your positive plugs I will be forced to buy these DVDs as well. I'll have to put an addition on my house to make room for my burgeoning collection. I'll send you all the bill! :7 :7 :7 :7 :7 :7

Hi, where did you ladies find these wokouts and where
did you order them from.

The step/kickbox one really apeals to me.
Any other kickbox ones you girls know of?

I have all of Cathe's of course }(
Thanks Brigitte

Are Kelly's workouts like Cathe's in choreography? I have the 'Heaven' DVD by Christi Taylor and I tried doing one of the Hi/Lo but ended up lost for most of the workout. I don't get frustrated learning a new Cathe but for some reason I just couldn't/didn't want do this one. I think for me Christi may be just a tad too dancey. I work out on carpet and even with Cathe I leave out some of the pivots and twirls.

Thanks in advance.
Diana

You can preorder Kelley's workouts from www.coffeyfit.com .
Other upcoming/new kickboxing workouts:
Tracey Staehle has one that just shipped (but a short KB segment and long toning segment).
Amy Bento just finished filming a 90-min. kb workout, including some heavy bag work.
Powerstrike just came out with Millenium 4.

Diana: don't worry.
Christi is way too dancey for my tastes as well (I lasted about 20 minutes through one of her workouts, then decided I didn't want to take the time to learn it, and Ebayed it pronto!).

I'd characterize Kelly's style as very athletic, with some drill-type moves. Some things are a bit tricky just because of what she calls them (some names don't sound like the move!).

Diana,

I found Kelly's workout fairly easy to follow. It's not simple choreography by any means, but it's taught well and once you get used to her terms and references, you'll pick it right up. By way of comparison, Christi Taylor's choreography, although fun, takes me a few times to catch on. I followed Kelly with no problems.

I'm now seriously considering preordering her step kickbox workout. Sheesh. I'm terrible!!! }( :7

I got a copy of Ready Step Go off Ebay due to this thread and I am soooo glad I did! It's a great workout. I am choreography challenged but this was doable even for me. I was confused at times, but like stated above, once I learned her terms it wasn't so bad. Now I have to order the rest of her workouts!

I have this workout too and really like it. The time flew and I felt worked. I preordered her new ones.
