Keli Roberts videos

Hi Ladies,

My first exercise tape was Cher's first video. I loved it as I love Cher and would still do it if it was a DVD.

I have not tried any other videos from Keli Roberts besides this one. Can anyone tell me what her videos are like and any favorites you have? I did like her in Cher but just have not thought about her much since I do Cathe.

Before I found Cathe, I owned A Keli Roberts workout and I did it faithfully.Im not sure if it was b/c I liked it or b/c it was the only workout I had and I was determined to get ito shape It was just a step tape.I am really thinking b/c it was the only workout I had.
Since then I did buy one of her CIA workouts.It was a kickboxing workout but I didn't really enjoy it.
But yet, I can't really say anything bad about her.She isn't annoying or anything.I just preferred Cathe after i found her.

Hi,
I enjoy Kelly quite a bit on my light days. My fav. other than the Cher one is the Ultimate Step. It's pretty good. I had Step it Strong but didn't care for it as I felt she was a bit sloppy so I traded it away. I recommend the Ultimate Step. They have it on Amazon.com but not sure if it's on dvd though. HTH!

i like the ten mintue solution's kickbox bootcamp. its not super hard,i use it mostly as warm up or lighter kickbox doing all 5 segments.

i recently got her step it strong but i haven't done it just previewed it. it reminds me of cardio and weights except all the heavy weight work is after the step/light weight intervals and its much longer,77 minutes i believe. she goes over a step routine by building it up and repeating it,i think 5-6 times, then moves onto compound weight movements then goes back to step. not sure howmany intervals but after all of them she does heavy weight work. it also has some premixes like cathes on it. i should give it a try, at least the step premix sometime.i keep forgetting it had premixes LOL, so i was thinking i can't fit in a circuit workout this week.
