Keeping it real

I posted a few weeks ago that "I am gonna do it this time"...I am updating you and keeping myself on track.

I am continuing with sparkpeople.com and keeping within my calorie range, including those fat grams, a small miracle for me!

I have done some form of cardio every day, starting with the goal of 10 min. minimum. I have done more than that every day except one. I have done a full body weight workout 2 times per week.

I am down about 3 pounds. Although I am not focusing on the scale, as much as I am that my clothes are all fitting better and I feel great!

Have a super day!
Jenn

Way to go!!!! I, too, have been doing extremely well - lost 5 pounds and already feeling great. I've really been eating clean and I know that has helped A LOT!!!

Keep it up and keep us posted!

Take care,
Marcia.

You all must feel on top of the world! Great job Jenn and Marcia!!! Doesn't it feel great and well worth the clean eating too? Keep it up!!!!!

Good work, Jenn! Congrats on the 3 pounds that is excellent!!

I'm keeping with my exercise program too..I feel firmer, but that scale isn't going to budge until I start my eating plan, which I'm starting full force on thursday. I'm also going to join the gym with a friend in February. Until then, I'm trying to up my water intake..something that is so simple but I've read makes a big difference.

Keep it up, you can do it!

I think that the water has been one of the main things for me. I had been drinking a few Cokes here and there and sometimes one or two a day. I am now drinking at least 64 ounces of water a day and nothing else (no pop, juice, etc.). The water helps me feel full when I feel like unhealthy snacking, too!
