****keep-it-clean-weekend****

Morris, BOOOO To no naps! I think we;ll be in trouble w/ Julia during the picnic tonight. And it is WINDY AND COLD here!! Yuck!
Im all for fitness being fun. It's just that I *think* I hate running but I want to really try it and figured this would be a good way to do it. I just printed off the race route and am going to run it tonight to see how we do. I'm hoping to just get past the uncomfortable part like you said.

hellllooooooo!

it is c-c-c-c-c-cold and windy out! i dont wanna run outside! guess i will anyway! gotta burn off that slice of cake i inhaled without thinking!

Kate, sorry about the cake. I never liked running until college. I played sports and even tried track but I hated running. I guess I enjoy it now because there is no pressure - I can just run and enjoy it.
Morris, sorry about the lack of naps.
Angie, I think the rotation is perfect for you. My knee problem is pretty minor compared to what can happen. My PT is focused around strengthening my one leg.

I am having a bad night. My manager sent me a nasty gram about not responding to an email that was sent on Friday night. I do check my email over the weekend but I just missed this one since I was out on Friday and had a million emails. I guess I am just pissed off about the tone of the email - it was like she expected me to be available 24 7 just in case someone needs me. Off to work on my resume.

Hey all!

Just got back from my grandma's house. Had pizza and ice cream-again! At least it was chicken/veggie pizza on multigrain crust and the slices were small as was the dish of Edy's slow churned french silk:) And my mom made me homemade Greek yogurt! Got my workout done, even going heavier on a few exercises-by accident (I forgot to take off my wrist weights!) Not a bad day:)

Angie, I think FF's rotation is a great place to start. It'll get you where you want to be gradually without overtraining.

Kate, glad you're done with pre-k (for a few years anyway;)) Hope the run goes well!

Morris, what a nice day you had!

Katie, did you find furniture?

Colleen, I'm glad to hear you're moving forward with your job-hope the job hunt is quick and very successful:)

Robin and Anne, hope things are ok. Check in when you can!

Hi Lisa!

Colleen, That work stuff reallyreally stinks! There IS such thing as a weekend! Yikes! Hope the resume goes well!

Klaudia, Great job on WO and eats! I love when I discover I've lifted heavier than I thought!

Run went well. Laura clearly enjoys it more than I do! But I think that's good - she'll push me to go further than I want to/think I can.
