I got started with Kathy Smith when I was a teen. I found one of her workouts at the (I'm dating myself here.) block buster. VHS. I eventually collected several and I still have them, I have kept an old VHS deck for when I want to break out my tapes. They still work just fine. I have also purchased some of her more recent workouts, I have her kettlebell workout and the pilates one. I got into yoga from her yoga basics VHS. I still use that one. Its gentle and restorative.
If it weren't for Kathy, I would never have found Cathe. (which, if I said it out loud, you would look at me funny, like, 'what is she saying?')
