I've been reading BFFM recently and when checking your "check-ins" it seems that you eat a lot like the way he suggests. Are you following the plan? What do you use to check your BF? Do you feel it's accurate? Do you do it yourself?
I think I may have a hard time with all of the protein. I'm a veggie and pasta (whole wheat, of course) girl and don't know if this plan is one I can stick to. Oh....the thought of 3 oz of grilled anything four times a day turns my stomach. I remember someone questioned whether this plan would be "ok" for a semi-vegetarian but I don't recall the response. I borrowed the book from a friend so I can't request the vegetarian appendix that Tom Venuto has available.
