Ha! Here I am again! I didn't want to post this in the "Ask Cathe" forum as this thread is not for Cathe. As far as Freestyle Training, I am not familiar with it. Here is a link that will help explain what it is all about and also a link at this site will let you buy the book. Let me know what you both think. I basically like to get new ideas for my classes. Actually now that I go back, Rebecca, the original poster did direct her question to Cathe but I feel bad linking another instructor's workouts on her forum since I wasn't asking the question. Okay, do I have you good and confused yet!?!?

Thanks for the tip and thanks for "moving" this discussion -- you're so right to remove it from Cathe's forum. The wee thing seems just a TAD busy, wouldn't you say? :)

How're ya doing sweetpea? I've missed "talking" to you, we've both been so busy -- got lots to catch you up on so I'll "e" you after I do my grocery shopping today. I've caught your last few posts (I actually ran a DebbieH search yesterday to do that!) and I'm SO thrilled that Julie's improving. How's your hamstring doing? Are you able to do any lower body work yet? I just got cranked back up mid-week and oh, am I paying for my voluntary and involuntary time off -- I can't remember (literally) the last time I was this creaky and sore. But it feels great because I know when I break through it my pace can pick up quite a bit.

Lisa~You're welcome. I'm still not sure if I will get the book or not. I'd like to buy it but it is a bit on the pricey side but it sounds very interesting. Kathy~I am doing fine, with the exception (always an exception, eh?) of a sinus infection. Also, the hamstring is still giving me some problems. I am back to doing SOME LB work but being very careful and selective of what I do. :-( It hasn't been fun and I miss my I-Maxes, lunging and anything with lots of power. I was put on an anti-inflammatory for it, plus three meds for my sinusitis and the ole stomach does NOT like the stuff. Yuck! I'm still taking it easy but glad to be able to do my classes and a few Cathe's here & there, mainly strength work. Thank you for asking. I miss our chats too girlfriend. I know you have had lots on your plate lately. (Glad to hear you're a lil' sore!) Yes, we are thrilled Julie is doing lots better. Thanks for tracking my threads down to find out! Ha! I'll try to be in touch soon. :7 Well, I best get moving. Running late for church. Have a great day everyone!
