Hi Kathryn,

I saw your post at VF about Kimberly Spreen Box 'n Flow. I share your taste in KB workouts. Can you give me a brief description of the workout. Also how long is it minus warm-up/cool-down and how is the music. Also where did you order it. I can't seem to locate it.

Thanks so much

Mar:)

Hi, Mar!
Box and flow is about 5 minutes warm-up (kickbox moves, including a very effective-feeling twist for the abs), about 25 minutes of kickb oxing, then about 15 minutes of "flow" (stretches and range of motion moves). It's a rather short workout (I like it best after another short workout, like a Core Secrets), but I really enjoy it. The music is dance/club music (some of which I've heard before on some of Cathe's older workouts, I think). The only thing I don't like is the set: the floor is linoleum squares that look like they belong in some cheep rental apartment. Other than that, I can't wait for Kimberly to come out with more stuff!

Right now, the workout is available from Sara City workout ( www.saracity.com ), but it might be available on Kimberly's web site (which I don't have the URL for off-hand) and maybe will show up on www.collagevideo.com sometime soon).

Thanks so much for the info. Do you have any of her other workouts? Doesn't she have a new CIA workout?

Mar

I have her "Triple Threat"(3 30-minute segments--kickboxing, medicine ball and a tai chi/yoga-like stretch), her Sara City medicine ball workout (with medicine ball and stability ball), the CIA Kickbox bootcamp, and a WHFN Kickbutt workout ("Steamin' cardio) that have her leading some of the cardio segments.

I'm a Kimberly Spreen fan!
