I wanted to thank you for mentioning it. They came today and they were DELICIOUS! I got the Hemp which I liked better as well as Woman's bread. The woman's bread was ok. Not my fav but the hemp was so good. I didn't think it was dry or dense. It was actually on the soft side. Just had a sandwich with hemp bread.

Do these bread have to be put in the fridge or freezer?

According to Kathryn no but I do it anyway just to keep it fresh a little longer. She said you can freeze it but she normally keeps it in the fridge.

I always keep mine in the fridge (and I buy it from the freezer section).

Lisa, glad you like the hemp bread. When I was in buying some the other day, the woman who works at the health food store said there is a 3 year old boy who will ONLY eat that bread. All other breads he'll spit out!

Have you tried it with 1/2 a mashed avocado yet? Yummmy! (lazy, but tasty!)

You've got to try their bagels. They toast up really well and are DELICIOUS (you have to cut them in half, though)!!! You find them in the frozen section and I just keep them in the fridge.
Hmmm. I think it's time for me to defrost my latest batch of bagels.
