I ordered Core Foundations last night. I don't know if you saw on my other thread to you, I did ask one more question. I just wanted to know which of the other two workouts you referred to as #2. Is it Functional Strength?

I think I'm putting off ordering SS for now, although, my birthday's at the end of the month. Hmmmmm.

Yes, #2 is Functional Strength. I think if you look at the credits on Core Foundations, there are little excerpts from each of the workouts.

Hope you enjoy Core Foundations. I just did it again last night, and I could do some of the moves I was previously unable to do! I recommend doing it on a padded floor (I have some Home Depot mats I use) if you don't have carpeting, because she often quickly moves from being on your knees to being on the ball.

In one segment of the workout, they use a paper plate to do leg slides. Instead, I use a microfiber cleaning cloth on my wood floor, which does double duty as a cleaner!
 
I need a little laughing smiley face! The floor I work out on is carpeted. Do you think there's a cloth I could use that would work on carpet and would clean it? Or maybe if I use a plastic bag, the static electricity would pull out the dirt! I certainly could use any help I could get!
