I have a question, K60, about how you insert the bicep technique you discussed recently from Men's Health (http://64.225.138.194/dcforum/Open/3343.html)... on Slow & Heavy how do you insert this technique into the workout? Do you simply replace the bicep curls (all 3 sets) with this technique and use S&H technique on hammer curls and concentration curls, or use it on hammer curls as well? I am just curious as I'm finishing up a 3 week S&H rotation but am considering trying a reverse count for a couple of weeks because I just love S&H but I wanted to incorporate the technique you shared with us.
