By the way, if you have 3 lbs. to lose, please don't vote for "some". That's not "some", it's none. ;)

Hey Nancy :) I'm taking my sweet time getting rid of the pounds I put on over Christmas, my winter insulation;). Tomorrow's groundhog day which means it's about 6 weeks until spring, that's my motivation to buck up. The little pile of foil beside me (the remains of the Caramel and Almond Hershey's kisses my daughter brought home) is evidence of my ebbing and flowing discipline when it comes to eating. My discipline for working out is solid so it's not something I get in knots about, it's 10 lbs, a month of cleaner eating and away it goes. Those kisses are too yummy}(

Take Care
Laurie

I voted last night but forgot to reply,I workout atleast 45 mins a day 6days a week and have over 25pds to lose! so I choose the first option!

Hi Nancy! I'd love to workout for more than 4 hours a week, and maybe some weeks I do but mostly I'd say about 4.

I have some weight to lose - hard to say how much since I'm still losing very slowly (about a pound a month) with just the workouts I've been doing and being aware of my diet rather than following any particular plan.

Maybe another 10 pounds.

I would like to lose about 2-3 pounds that I gained this winter, but I'm not ready to put those sweets on hold again until spring is around the corner.

I voted #3. No weight to lose, IMO. At this point in my life, it's all about improving my athletic performance.

I voted for #2. I do have some weight to lose, although I don't really weigh myself that often. I still need to drop about 10 pounds. I agree with what the previous poster said though and I'm focusing more on improving my athletic performance instead of the scale.

I voted 5+ and some to lose.

Just hit the old "half a century" mark this past week and need to drop the fat layer that I put on from my waist to my knees the past two years. Probably about 5 - 10 lbs depending on my muscle tone.

Ha! I voted but didn't reply either,

I voted 5+ with no weight to lose. I should figure out how many hours I workout this week~ I bet it will be like 12 hours or something crazy like that!

Lori:)

I excersise between 5-6 hours per week and have no weight to lose (but only because I excersie 5-6 hours per week;)

BTW Nancy, I love your new pic. Your hair looks great! Do you mind if I ask what products you use to get such lovely curls and do you use a diffuser to dry your hair?

I voted that I exercise 5 hours per week or more with no weight to lose, but only because I'm pregnant. Otherwise I would have a little weight to lose.

Maggie:)
