Just wanna say thanks!! No response necessary...

Hello Cathe,

I know that you are very busy, so I just wanted to give you a very quick follow up to my beginning the S&H series. In three short weeks I have gone from complete jello at the end of the sets to "come on Cathe!!! Bring it on!!!" I am in AWE over the strength gains I have had. I went from doing 30 lb. squats to 50 pound squats PLUS still holding the 50 pounds for the plie squats at the end of the leg series.

I LOVE the gains in my upper body as well, and I found that tracking each workout has allowed me to see the numbers move up during this time.

THANKS so much Cathe. You don't just throw tapes out there to accomplish a monetary goal, but you put out QUALITY tapes with QUALITY workouts that truly achieve QUALITY results. Thank you for staying TRUE in an industry that can get very single-minded.

Yes...

...joining Cynthia on being stronger! My DH and I just came off a 3-week rotation of doing S&H and we were getting ready to do MIS. I told him that this tape is a killer. BE PREPARED! I was TOTALLY amazed at how much eaiser it was then it was months ago when I was doing it! :7 Woo-Hoo for S&H!!!

Mind you, the word was E-A-S-I-E-R, not E-A-S-Y!!! ;-) I don't believe Cathe has EVER made an easy tape. Yes, get the Series. You will be pleased! (FYI~There is great core work in them also.)

Add me to the list also. I'm on week 4 of a Slow Heavy series and I've been amazed at my strength gains. I have chronic neck problems and carpal tunnel so my strength gains don't come very easy! Thanks Cathe!!

I have to jump in here too with the strength gains. I just finished a 3 week Slow and Heavy rotation and started with a CTX this week. I did Meaner Legs, excuse me, Leaner Legs this morning. :) I didn't have my barbell loaded as heavy as S/H but heavier than the last time I did LL. I finished the first set of squats and low ends and I wasn't trembling as bad as I usually am. Now don't get me wrong, this workout is still mean but not as mean as it was a month ago. I was still dripping at the end but I wasn't as wiped out. Thanks to you, Cathe for kicking my butt. :) I loved it.

I think you are alone in the industry in making these kinds of workouts. You look so petite and delicate, yet you put out these incredibly tough workouts, and you're the only one doing so (at least that I know of). Congratulations and keep up the wonderful work.

Absolutely! I have to chime in here too!
I grew up a fat child, fat teenager and into a fat adult, and while losing weight with Cathe's cardio workouts, I've been able to sculpt a really beautiful shape with her weights series. I've never had muscle definition, not even as a child, so every new angle and curve is truly amazing to me, and appreciated. :)
I never wince at spending a dime on any Cathe video because I know it will be a quality workout, and I know it will produce results!
I thank you too Cathe, and I'm grateful there's more workouts coming! :)

Good to see you too!!! Yes, BUY these tapes. I agree with Cathe that you need to use them in short rotations, and they achieve a specific goal. I am now out of my three week rotation, but look forward to putting them back in there!!!

Since November you have been doing amazing things to my endurance and I have managed to break my 140 plateau which I was stuck with for almost a year. If you told me back then that I would be able to squat a 40 lb barbell or do reverse scoops and those quarter hops knee ups walk the board and taps without falling over, I wouldn't have believed you for a minute.
Yesterday I finished Circuit Max without dying and it still amazes me that the workouts that almost killed me can get easier after switching rotations. My sister was surprised when I told her I haven't used my gym membership since December and that I've been working out at home with videos...YOU made my membership obsolete! I want to thank you for making tough workouts that keep us challenged! Make more!!!

I have to add my thanks as well. Only when I work out with you do I feel like I get such a great work out - never wasting my time or never do I get bored with your tapes. Plus, your personality is the best. THANK YOU for helping me become a more physical fit person.
