Just waiting to get tired

It's late, just waiting to to get tired enough (with a little help) to go to sleep. Had another very late night at work and now need some time to unwind so I can sleep soon. Would love to take a day off to recover from all this nonsense, but that does not look likely. Don't think I'll be making my first meeting in the morning :p Kind of have a potentially stressful weekend coming up, going to visit someone I have not seen in a very long time, and I'm just worried how the whole dynamic will be.

Thanks for letting me ramble, I think the sleepiness is starting to kick in, ok , finally, off to bed for me!

Hope sleep found you and that you are resting comfortably. I am having the opposite problem...I went to bed early and fell asleep fast but woke up at 2am and was not able to fall back to sleep even though I was still quite tired. I finally gave up and got out of bed at 3am. I am sucking down the java before I work out and have a day of needing tooth picks to keep my eyes open to look forward to. :( I hope the day goes better for you then it will for me!:)
 
Oh that stinks! When that happens to me and I can't get back to sleep, I'll have that heavy tired feeling all day. Thinking about it, a light workout usually helps, I guess it gets your blood pumping or something.

Well, of all nights, I'm sitting here exhausted now, going to lie down in a minute but I guess I fell asleep sometime after 2, and 30 minutes ago I woke up SO sick, I'm not at all sure what's wrong, I'm starting to feel a little better, eating an orange seemed to help a lot. I thought maybe food poisoning, but my dh ate the same thing and so far seems fine. I may just get that day off after all. OK, I think I feel stable enough to lie down. Hope that coffee kicks in for you.

Oh my gosh, I hope you are feeling better! ((((hugs))))

I am sitting at work now with my dunkin donuts coffee just praying I will be able to keep my eyes open all day long. I think I will nap in my car on my lunch break. 30 mins of shut eye should help me get through the day. Any more then that and I'll feel worse then before I fell asleep.
