Hey everyone! So I tried my second Cathe video ever - MIS! I think it's so funny how she says things that I am in actuality doing -- like 'it's ok if your legs are shaking, that means they're working' just as I was thinking to myself what a wimp I was because my legs were their own earthquakes! And during my first video (Body Max) she'd do some sort of step move and say 'oh no, you didn't do another kick here, did you?' and I'm like, yes, yes I did, you tricked me.
Anyway, I feel great. Dispite the shaking while working out yesterday I'm feeling surprisingly well today - not as sore as I expected.
That's it! Just wanted to update! Now I'm at work and munching on almonds. Love the snack, just hoping the studies are right on how good they are for you and the fat content really isn't all absorbed because of it's molecular structure (???) !!
