Hi Iam new to exercising and I need to lose at least sixty pounds and I really want to use cathe's videos I watched the video clips and just by seeing them I was already hooked but I dont know which set to start with can anyone help thanks. shorty:D What I meant by just starting out was Iam new to the cathe videos I have been using the firm for the past four months so I have some exercise experience but already find myself bored with them and need something new so again am asking which cathe videos would be good to start with because I plan on owning them all thanks again. shorty:)
 
Hi and welcome. I've heard that Cathe's wedding tape is a good place to start. It has weights of the first half and step aerobic on the last half.

I hope I got that right :7 ... I personaly started out with the Terminator then after a month got the MIS, then Power Hour, ..... Wish you the best .... Rhonda :7
 
For cardio, you might start out with some of Cathe's earlier step workouts. The wedding video would be among one of these titles.

For strength, you might want to consider one of the muscle endurance workouts, like Muscle Endurance (which I personally love) or Power Hour. With these you don't have to lift heavy weight as the emphasis is on fatiguing the muscle with a lot of repetitions. If you want to work on actual strength gains, you may want to consider the Pyramids videos, the Pure Strength series, or Slow and Heavy.

And like you said, you will probably want to own them all at some point anyway:7 . I know I do.
