Trying to come back from it though, Seriously, need a vacation...

I thought if I at least posted a little, it'd help me back on track. Everyone here keeps me motivated...

Hi Carrie! Nice to "see" you back! I think we all have times where life just gets in the way or boredom sets in. Do you have Cathe's new workouts? They are so much fun...they might be just what you need right now to make your comeback. Check in here often and I bet it will help to motivate you to get you started. Keep us posted.

Carrie, I think we've all been there at one time or another. You will bounce back. Just love yourself and treat yourself accordingly. You are worth it! Good to hear from you.

Welcome back Carrie. What i do when I get into a rut I tell myself I have to at least start my workout [on time] and can quit anytime i choose. rarely do i quit once i get the blood flowing. It just seems so hard to get going sometimes. We are with you!!
 
Hi Carrie! I feel the same way about this forum. Everyone is very motivating and encouraging. Unfortunately, though, I have been in the same boat as you. I had to take an extended leave from weights (cardio too, for awhile) - first because I was sick, then I hurt one side of my ribs from coughing so much, & now I've fallen & hurt the other side of my ribcage. It has been almost 3 months & with the holidays & all the eating... goodness, it just seems like I'm never going to get back into it! Like you, I stopped posting but still lurked... & also like you, I just recently decided to start posting again (even though I still can't work out like I want). So sorry to mention my own problems but I guess I just wanted to get on here & sympathize with you & also say that we WILL get back on track, I know we will! We did it before & we can do it again! (Right?... oh yeah... right!). So just please hang in there & know that there are others who can relate to what you're going through & we're here to help in any way we can!
