Hi Carrie! I feel the same way about this forum. Everyone is very motivating and encouraging. Unfortunately, though, I have been in the same boat as you. I had to take an extended leave from weights (cardio too, for awhile) - first because I was sick, then I hurt one side of my ribs from coughing so much, & now I've fallen & hurt the other side of my ribcage. It has been almost 3 months & with the holidays & all the eating... goodness, it just seems like I'm never going to get back into it! Like you, I stopped posting but still lurked... & also like you, I just recently decided to start posting again (even though I still can't work out like I want). So sorry to mention my own problems but I guess I just wanted to get on here & sympathize with you & also say that we WILL get back on track, I know we will! We did it before & we can do it again! (Right?... oh yeah... right!). So just please hang in there & know that there are others who can relate to what you're going through & we're here to help in any way we can!
