High Reps music, pace, and intensity make an awesome strength training workout! I hadn't done this in about a year, loving many of the newer series. But I particularly like the PHA concept alternating upper and lower, and High Reps also does the alternating. There are 10 sets, and I struggle to hang on until the end of some, but love the challenge (and the music helps, love the songs!)
