....and I am thrilled and amazed at how awesome and fun this workout looks! I can't wait to do the step portion tomorrow morning! I am currently in Week 2 of a 12 week BFL workout routine, so I am going to have to hold off on the strength portions of the Express Tapes till I'm done with the BFL. I don't know if I'll be able to hold out that long, though! Maybe I can figure out a way to adapt the BFL workouts to the new Cathe videos....hmmm......
The entire cast looks fabulous, Cathe is amazing after having had a baby so recently!!! But I must comment on Rhonda....wow has she gotten even more lean and cut since the PS tapes!!! I would love to know what she's been doing to cut her bodyfat so much! (not that she had much bodyfat to speak of BEFORE!!!) Nutrition, workouts, etc.---any chance this nosy Cathe fan could be in on Rhonda's secrets????
