Just Got Slow and Heavy - how do you all use it?

I Just got Slow and Heavy.

How do you use it? Do you use it as is or do you use the rotations that Cathe posts?

I haven't used it that often, but I started Cathe's June '07 rotation today so I plan on using S&H that way this month. I hope you enjoy it!

Here is a rotation I made up for S&H.

day 1: S&H chest and back
day 2: Imax 1
day 3: S&H bi/tri
day 4: KPC
day 5: Rhythmic Step
day 6: legs and shoulders
day 7: off/yoga
Repeat for a total of 3 weeks.

Here is another way to use S&H:
day 1: S&H chest/30-45 min cardio
day 2: S&H back/ 30-45 min cardio
day 3: S&H legs/yoga
day 4: S&H shoulders/ 30-45 min. cardio
day 5: S&H triceps/ 30-45 min cardio
day 6: S&H biceps/ 30-45 min. cardio
Repeat for 3 weeks

Hi

I'm presently using it as a four day split.
Sunday - Chest & Back. Plus Cardio
Monday - Legs & Shoulders. Plus cardio
Tuesday - Cardio
Wednesday - Tris & Biceps. Plus cardio.
Thursday - Cardio.
Friday - Chest & Back. Plus Cardio.
Saturday - Rest.

Then Sunday I'll start again from Legs & Shoulders etc. I'm trying to eat clean and lose body fat. I'm going to give it about 6 weeks and see how I get on. I'm presently on week two so its early days. Hopefully I'll keep up with it, although I'm not very good at sticking to rotations lol.

Originally I wasn't too impressed when I first got it. But I'm really into it at the moment.

In addition to those already posted I sometimes will use it in a One Body part per day rotation alternating with cardio...

--S&H Chest + CTX Chest + abs
--cardio
--S&H Back + CTX Back + abs
--cardio

Etc etc.
 
Thanks everyone. So many options.

I'm actually still waiting for it - getting it in a trade. I'm currently doing some endurance work so when they arrive I can't wait to try them - especially the triceps - my lagging part.

I dug around and found a rotation that alternates it with pyramids and then another that alternates with P/S so I'm going to have fun trying all your suggestions and Cathe rotations too.:)
