Just got IMAX2

WOW! Now I see why everyone raves about this one! I watched it first, my eyes wide in trepidation - thinking Cathe spent more time in the air than on the ground. But, when I did it, the blasts were timed perfectly - just when I thought I could not possibly do one more of those crazy things, she stopped. And the step portion is nice with the 6 chances to figure it out. By the 6th time, I had most of it.

I really like this workout. I can't wait to do it again now that I know more what to expect. If anyone is sitting on the fence on this one - get it! You will not be sorry.
 
It does. My heavens I enjoyed it. Almost fell on my face during # 5's blast where you do the fast taps, but that's par for the course with me anyway. :+

Hey Congrats on your expected bundle of joy! My little bundle is now 12, but she was the best thing that happened to me.
 
I just got this too!!! I looooovvvveeee it!!!! I also love cardio and weights!!! I was getting so bored with cardio until I started my collection of Cathe videos. Now I have done them so many times without getting bored of them!!! I love Cathe!!!:)
 
I am SOOO with you! I started with Tae Bo, and will always have a soft spot in my heart for Billy Blanks, but even in his advanced tapes he marches it out too much. When I have to do jump kicks while he's talking, well, then I know it's too much down time. A friend from the Tae Bo boards introduced me to Cathe, and I'm thrilled.

I'm still having a bit of trouble with my knees on Low Max. It's the side to side movements. I'm a runner, a hiker, and a cyclist, so my legs are only used to going back and forth. I just need to work on my side movements and build up those muscles.

You will love this. I did Imax 2 this morning, and for the first time I actually fell on my "booty" during the fast tap section! I kid you not, I fell on my rear end and landed on the end of my step. I was okay, got up quickly because I needed to finish the interval, but maybe you threw a whammy my way and didn't even know it!}(
 
Ooooh nooo! I'm sorry Conni! Didn't mean to throw a whammy! I'm over here chuckling in sympathy as I can certainly picture myself falling on my tail during that part. And I love that you got up quickly - heaven forbid we miss our interval!!! We're sick puppies, you know that? LOL
 
I love this Cathe workout. It took me a month to master the entire workour. DH can't believe how sweaty I get doing this workout:p It feels good when I finish the entire workout.

I love this one too! I have to ration how often I do this one and Step Blast because I love them both so much and don't want to get burned out on them. I'm training for a marathon right now so I've put my Cathe cardio away for a few months. I miss them but on the bright side, my two favorites will be like brand new when I'm done with all of these miles and miles of running!!
 
I am so with you guys on this one....it's my newest addition to my still small collection and I have to refrain from doing it for all my cardio days! Cathe just rocks in this one (of course, she always does) and it's just somehow so FUN! When I finish that blast in interval #9 I feel so accomplished I want to do the happy dance with Cathe, but I of course can barely side-to-side and breathe...dang, it's a good one.

I think I will try IMAX 3 for my last workout this week. When I first got it I was not nearly as fit as now so it just about killed me. Now I keep reading all of the raves about it. I also hear it's tougher than 2, so wish me luck!
