Hi there,
I got the HC series! I'm so excited because these last few months have been rather lax on the workouts. So this week I'll be getting back into it with IS and BBS workouts.
My question is which rotation to begin with. I've lost about 18 lbs of baby weight and would like to go another 15-20 lbs. Do you think I should do Hardcore Series Celebration Fat Loss rotation or Cathe's upcoming January rotation? I noticed that January tends to be a weight loss rotation...and with HC DVDs I can actually keep up! What do you think?
