This is just a fun continuation from the "butt walk" thread.
Exercises rememberd -
Donkey leg lifts (with the compulsory hyper-extension of the back)
Swinging out of control hand weights (full circle with those arms everyone - make sure those weights are really damaging your shoulder joints)
Straight legged sit ups (ouch!!!!!)
The washing machine twist (you stand upright and just twist the waist from side to side dozens of times - pretty useless really!!!)
Butt lifts (the more the better, and must be done at a incredible fast pace. please make sure the butt does hit the floor quiet hard when you lower so you squash the fat away)
Fashion rememberd-
Leg warmers
Ponchoes
Sweat bands for the head
Sweat bands for the wrists
Head scraves (looking like Sadie the cleaning lady)
Tight, Tight straight legg jeans
Platform shoes (corked)
Ucly patterned leotards - no G'- string then, so they always rode up your back side anyway)
Stockings ending at the ankle
