Just for fun! Create the hardest 1 week rotation possible!

Hi everyone,

Cathe is known for creating some pretty amazing and butt kicking rotations for us to follow. With her being so busy and not being able to create a March rotation, I thought it would be fun for us to come up with what we feel would be a one week 'OH MY GOSH! IS THIS TOTALLY INSANE! rotation. Who knows, if someone is feeling brave maybe they'll take all these weeks together to make a rotation and do it!

Alas, there will be some rules.
1) No daily workout can exceed 90 minutes long (in order to keep some semblance of reality).
2) Daily workout must be made up of existing workouts, premixes, and chapters. Example, you could combine Leg and Glute extreme with All Step cardio.
3) Week must contain at least 1 weight workout and 1 pure cardio workout (no fair doing MIC 6 days in a row) and a rest day.
4) Feel free to include other instructors who could help create the ultimate he## week rotation, just make sure at least 50% of the workouts are Cathe.

I'm plotting my evilness right now! I'll post my ideas when I've had a chance to think more about it (insert evil laugh right here}( ).
 
Sat. Body Max step and power circuits (not the upper body section) then Imax II blast mania premix
Sun. S&H chest & back/Boot Camp's cardio/lower body only premix
Mon. S&H legs, shoulders, and biceps
Tue. Imax + MIC hi/lo
Wed. Boot Camp cardio only premix 2x's + S&H triceps
Thu. CTX Power Circuits 3x's (not the biceps, abs, or hi/lo, just the step and kickbox circuits)
Fri. REST

I'm looking forward to seeing what gets posted here . I'll try to think of something while I'm in the bath ...seems like that is the only time no one bothers me LOL.
Sabine thanks for this idea . I may be one who will ATTEMPT a week or two ...Haha!
