Oh my! What a FANTASTIC book! I was sorry to finish it because it was just sooooo good. I can't wait for the discussion in September.

Good for you! I didn't even get the book yet! I heard that this book is very excellent and one of those books you will never forget.

My copy is sitting on my desk waiting. I'm glad to hear you liked it. I don't think it is something I would have picked on my own. I'm planning to pick it up in August. If I read it now, I'll have forgotten too much by September.
 
I started reading it last week and got through the first few chapters before realizing that I, too, would probably forget a lot of it by September. So I'll wait until August and start it again. In the meantime, I have about 50 other books to read. :+

I had the same thought, that maybe I should wait until closer to September to start, but I have to tell you, it's a very "haunting" read. I don't think I'll forget a bit of it, it was just that good!

It's not a book that I would've picked up either, and am so surprised to see how many people have read it already. My sister read it a few months ago and when I brought up to her that I was reading it, she named about five people she knew who were reading it as well. Funny how that happens!

I hope everyone enjoys it as much as I did!
 
I'm glad you enjoyed the book! I think it was fantastic! As someone else mentioned it does stay with you. September should bring some wonderful discussions.

I just bought a copy at Barnes and Noble for ten dollars and 8 cents on sale! I thought that was a good deal. Not sure when I will read it but at least now I have it!
