Just finished Lower Body Blast!

Wow! Cathe, you've done it again! In lieu of repeating STS Disc 12 this week (I'm doing the six month rotation), I decided to do LBB. 20 mins into the program I was thinking, "She can't hold this pace for the whole hour....can she?!". And yes, you pretty much did! I kept up, but you had me working hard. It's much like a blend of the lower body work from ME, LL, and BG, with some bootcamp card thrown in for good measure. I especially liked how you frequently told us how to make the exercises more challenging, once we'd adjusted to this level. That's always going to be a good reminder to keep pushing myself.

The whole crew looked great (although I have to admit I didn't spend a lot of time looking at the tv; you kept me too busy for that). Nancy and Amanda fit in perfectly, and did an excellent job.

Nice touch with the little green band at the end. I just tied my longer band around my thighs, and seemed to get as much sting as the rest of you.

Congratulations on another great DVD! I'll be pulling this one out again and again.

Thanks for the feedback Fiddlefit! I am very happy with the the pace, format and energy of this workout. It keeps the fat burning, the muscles guessing/working and the exercises changing. Keep on blasting!

Oh man! After reading FiddleFit's description, I cannot waiiiit to try LBB even more than before!! I loved the comment about keeping up that pace -this is Cathe we're talking about afterall, she doesn't fool around ;-)

Love It Too

Just did this one. Love the variety, the pace and switch up @ heavy (with deadlift and static lunge) to lighter/high reps with one legged squat and the slides.

I own every single Cathe workout -- and this is up there with being one of the best. Fun, hard, do-able, good music, great variety --- no way you can get bored.

Cathe always finds the right balance between encouraging ya' and pushing ya' -- also, I loved seeing the new gals in the mix and thought they did great!

Another quality product from Cathe. Love it! (And THANK YOU!!)
 
I did Lower Body Blast this morning. I really like this workout. Lower Body Blast is a fun, thorough, fast paced, well structured workout with lots of variety. I also did the leg condtioning drills and my legs were trembling! My legs are now fried! Excellent workout!

Leaner Legs use to be my favorite Cathe Leg workout but now Lower Body Blast is at the top!
 
I said it before and I'll say it again ....YAY!!!!!! :D:D:D

All of you are feeling (quite literally :eek:) exactly what I was hoping to accomplish when designing these workouts.

I'm doing the happy dance!
