I have just finished my first tripos exam (first year of law at Cambridge - our exams have funny names!) and am SO excited to start being able to plan my exercise in excrutiating detail again!
During my exams, I did the Asylum rotation, and am SO glad I did. It gave me something to focus on, and burn off any frustration! I thought it was an AMAZING program.
Anyway, my question is this: I want to start one of the hybrid rotations. However, I want to change them SLIGHTLY. I want to do an asylum'insanity rotation WITH weights. My question is to which Cathe weight program is closest to P90X? I quite like sticking with one program for the duration of a rotation, so which Cathe would be best as a P90X substitute?
I'm so excited
