Just did my first RWH extreme premix

Just finished the Low Impact extreme that combines #2 and #1 premix. About 49 mins and what a great workout. By the time I got to the last 3 rounds in #1, my legs were burning. Had to take a little extra break for water. I am so loving these new workouts.
