Hi everyone! I just completed Cardio Kicks and it's sure to become yet another favorite! Fun music & instruction make this an easy to follow video. This is definitely an advanced-intermediate video. Cathe doesn't waste any time defining the moves & tells you exactly where to put your extra umphh for better/challenging results! With time (familiarity with the video) adding hand weights (1-2 lbs) can add even more challenge. This video will be part of my collection for years to come! Thanks Cathe! )
