everyone eats. I am 5'2'' and every book out there stops short of saying that if you are under this and weigh this then start at 1200 calories. My DH reduces his calories and lost 30 pounds and I stayed at 1200 and didn't lose anything. I am trying to loose the last bit of fat and nothing is happening. I do weights every other day and cardio the other days. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
