Just checking in to see if Cedie's around anywhere...

I've been around these forums a long time (about 8 years), and I've never know Cedie to post.

Carrie :), when Cathe replied to your post she said she would "pass your kind words on to Cedie." She didn't mean that she would ask Cedie to come visit the forums. She just meant that she would tell her that you admire her... (That was my impression, and like HB I've been visiting these forums for a long time.)

Hi Carrie! I have passed your words on to a very busy Cedie and see was very flattered and said thank you. By the way, I love the doggie in your avatar. What a cutie. Is he/she a yellow lab? I miss my two black labs that have passed on.

Oh, thank you so much, I am probably one of many animal lovers out there. Yes, she is a yellow lab, rescued from a puppy mill in Indiana. I know how you must feel about your doggies, it's so incredibly hard when our fur-companions pass...

My other doggie is a newfoundland bred with a cocker-spaniel...too cute!!! He has all the qualities of a newf except the size...I guess he and I both lucked out...he'll live longer and I get to love him love and spoil him longer, and boy is he ever spoiled, they all are;)

I really hope Cedie will be able to chat with us on her personal experience over the past year. She has made a wonderful transformation. I know your workouts are awesome, but eating right is also key...I am just so curious about her diet regimen...what she considered eating right, and how she managed to keep it as a lifestyle change...

I don't know if I mentioned this or not, but you look soooooo great too. You have always looked good as far I can tell:)My goal one day is to look as good as you and the crew...

You know what would be cool??? If you could franchise out to different geographic locations...maybe have instructors attend Cathe training classes to learn your way of instructing/managing...That would be incredibly cool, if I had a Cathe fitness center in my area. I'd be there so often, people would think I dropped off the face of the earth:p

Of course nothing would ever deter me from working out with you at home too, especially on my "bad hair days":) Just a thought...

It was a personal request asking Cathe if she could invite Cedie here, that's all, I really wish you would not interprete the wrong way...It was a question for CATHE....via the "ASK CATHE FORUM":)

Keeping the peace

Hi All! Just wanted to wave the peace flag :7

Sorry to post and run....had to get the kids from daycare. So glad we all did some push ups while I was gone. Guess what???? I did some too :7

No, not anymore, we moved...

We traveled alot, DH is a Marine (stand hut)...

So far we stayed the longest in Ny and Ohio:)
