Okay so I've been really serious about losing weight but got kind of discouraged after watching an infomercial about people wanting to lose weight and they were eating lighter and exercising but staying heavy. Now in all truth these people had to not been eating enough thus causing their bodies to retain the extra weight but it got me to thinking, will I be like that...So anywho I discovered my body type "endomorph" and read how to eat to lose weight. So maybe if any of you are struggling to lose the extra weight discovering your body type can help you know how to amp up the weight loss. Just a thought.
 
I discovered that im a endo/mes bodytype and watching my carb intake and increasing my cardio has helped me lean out! I agree,knowing my bodytype has helped!!
