Everyone wants something that someone else doesn't want.
I wish there were a few less lunges. Everyone loves to use lunges. I could deal with less lunges. I could put up with modified lunges and more squats. My legs always feel sore for days on end due to lunges.
I care less for pushups, but I need to do more push-ups, is it possible for a pushup improvement segment? aaagh just fanciful thinking.
I would like to mention in response to another post about a travel workout dvd due to limited space. Limited space would be appropriate for evil lunges, nice squats, horrid pushups, and a hard core/ab. Maybe a light weight dumbell could be in the routine as well.
