I was wondering if Cathe would consider making video's that have seperate body parts for instance lower body 3-4 sets, with a 15-20 rep range. Instead of only doing her normal high reps at only 2sets @12-16 reps. I only ask this because some of us are in a cutting phase of our routines. And we need more sets and reps than your video's are offering right now. Also for the upper body 3-4 sets and 8-10 rep range.
Legs, chest back shoulders tri's biceps abs and of course plenty of intense cardio @ least 60min. worth and not just all step which is not beneficial to those of us who are trying to tone done. I hope you would consider dedicating a video to each body part with the proper sets and reps.
But than again this is only my opinion
