hi im bethany thomas im in the 8th grade(13)and did your step workout to help with my leg mussles and also to loose weight i weigh 135 and im 5 4in and i want to get down to 110lbs i was also wondering if it would help with shaping my bum. if you can give me some pointers on some other step videos that would be great:)

Hi Bethany! How nice to hear from you. I'm so glad you are enjoying your workouts. Yes, step will help with weight loss and overall leg and glute toning, however, my actual leg workouts would be a better choice for firming the legs and glutes.

I would recommend any of my step workouts (Basic Step DVD if you are just starting out) for cardio conditioning and body fat loss and my Legs and Glutes or Leaner Legs workout for shaping your "bum".
