Don't get me wrong -- I love EVERY workout Cathe has come up with. I love strength training (hi rep, lo wt; low rep, hi wt; whatever).
But what first got me hooked on Cathe were her step workouts. I still love Step Jam and Power Max the best. With all the new workouts that come out each year, I see that very few are ALL step or ALL cardio. I realize the need for variety, and for X-training. But I would just love a few good ol' fashioned kick-ass step workouts -- nice and long and HARD! :9
