Hi everyone. I took a day off yesterday, even though I said I was doing PS legs and abs. So, today I did what I said I was doing yesterday...LOL! I didn't have time to do the run/walk, maybe later today. Hey! We have 2 days to go! Well some of us. Those that started late, keep at it.:)

This morning I did PS Legs and Abs, followed by a 20 minute run/walk. (I almost ran out of time, too, Sunnyside). My legs felt like rubber when I was running. Yes, you are right! Only 2 days to go.

I have noticed some improvement in the way my clothes fit in the hip area since starting this rotation, which is just where I needed it. I will be interested in seeing what Cathe has in store for us in July. I have tried to follow rotations before without too much success. This time, I think because my schedule changed for the summer and my daughter was out of school, I was able to more consistent.

Today was S&H triceps with BC abs and Cardio Kicks. I did all of IMAX 2 yesterday after biceps and abs, so I didn't want to do IMAX 1 today. I wasn't as energized as yesterday but I finished. Tomorrow will be LL plus PLB floor work (I lent my PS series) and abs...and that's it for the June rotation! I think it's gonna be Body Blast next month.

Here's a couple of side questions: Do I count the terminators as cardio? Can they sub for something like C&W if I'm feeling up to the challenge? (Okay, 3 questions) Did the CTX cardio portions just wipe you out? I was shocked at how drained I was considering their short length. I thought it'd be too easy. Nope...I was fried.

Oh I agree about the CTX cardio portions. I think it is because of doing the weight work first. I never realized just how much it takes out of you when you really go as heavy as you can. I'm just at the beginning of week three and I did S&H legs + Step Heat abs. Now i've been doing the leg w/o's on my BTR (bun & thigh rocker) I'm not really sure about this. I thought I would see how it went for a month. I'm still wondering if I have the machine adjusted just right. I do like not having the strain of the bb/db's on the upper body during the leg work. I have no opinion on the terminators. I've only done two of them once each and they really wiped me out, so I'm kind of afraid of them... Howdy, this will be my last post. I decided to rest a bit. I have been having my back treated and finding that working out has been somewhat of a detriment to the treatment. That combined with a very busy weekend with the kids activities means I will take the weekend off and start something different next week. I will probably do something more endurance based, and start working seriously on my swimming meet and triathalon.

Hey everyone!
I did S&H Biceps today, but didn't get to do the cardio portion. I was really looking forward to IMAX 2 (I haven't done it yet!) I may try to do it tommorrow after Triceps and Abs - otherwise I'll feel guilty.

It's great to hear how everyone whose been at this all month are enjoying the results - it's great motivation for me!!
 
Hi everyone. Sounds like everyone stuck with it to the end.

So how does everyone feel about the rotation now it is almost over?

I got back from vacation to complete insanity at work, so I haven't had time to come to the forum much. Then I felt guilty because I wasn't checking in, so I just lurked and basked in your work!

I've been working out with the S&H 1 part + cardio pattern since I got back and might stick with it for a while. Its feeling pretty good. I am doing two of the cardio days with Imax 1-5 and 6-10 and am slowing building up my strength.

I'm going to miss you guys in July! Well I'll definitely watch for you on the board.

Has Cathe posted a July rotation yet?
