Also, how about an update on Cathe's condition?

I hope everything's going well and healing nicely. But...bottom line time...Can we expect the new workouts to be filmed this summer?

Hi Laura! Glad you found the June rotation }( :7

As far as expecting the new workouts to be filmed this summer, I don't think it is a totally unrealistic expectation however, I won't be able to know that for sure for a little bit yet.

Rehab appears to be going just fine and each day I feel stronger and more limber but due to my active lifestyle, doc wants to make sure the healing is absolutely complete before releasing my reigns ;-)
