Attention Cathe Live subscribers: Thursday June 8th 2017 at 9:15 am EST we will be doing " High Step Legs and Core" live. This high intensity leg workout uses both the high step and standing leg work in a sequence that keeps the heart rate high and the muscles "work work-ing". We'll end with quick but challenging ab work.
Equipment needed:
A high step with three risers under the platform
10, 12 & 15 pound dumbbells
A barbell with two big plates on each side but we will start the workout with one big plate on each side. For reference each plate is approximately 10 pounds and the barbell is approximately 3 to 5 pounds.
